Standard 5-yearly maintenance
One-off maintenance in and around the ventilation unit:
- Checking at the unit
- Cleaning of the duct system with Apro-Air*
- Cleaning of the valves
- Cleaning of the unit
- Start-up & possible software update of the unit
- The service technician provides further explanation on the proper operation of the system
Conditions
- Only available in Belgium
- Maintenance will be performed by Renson or its service partner ComTIS.
- The property is open and accessible at the time of the appointment. The contact person is on site.
- The ventilation unit is fully installed and properly connected to the duct system and power supply.
- The maintenance service does not serve to correct any defects or malfunctions of the ventilation system.
- All components of the ventilation system are safely accessible for inspection and cleaning. Valves that are not accessible are not cleaned, and consequently, part of the connected ductwork is also not cleaned.
The price of this service includes VAT.

Revolutionary Cleaning with Apro-Air
In contrast to classic cleaning, which is usually carried out using brush systems, Renson uses a powder specifically developed for this purpose, namely Apro-air, which is cleaned in a “swirling” manner and with several successive shock waves. is sprayed into the channels.
The result is astonishing. The powder loosens the dirt, granulates the grease present in the pipes, destroys bacteria and fungi and removes the loosened elements.
